Job Description
I&K Enterprises is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Bulk Production Department at Sheikhupura Road, Lahore (Mughal Pura/Shahdara/Sheikhupura). The successful candidate will lead production teams to meet targets, plan workflows and resources, verify batch cards, monitor production and equipment to reduce downtime, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with QC/QA and Maintenance; maintain production documentation; prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, 4–5 years’ relevant experience, male, full‑time on‑site.
- Attributes: strong leadership, clear communication, analytical problem solving, time management, and commitment to safety and quality.
- Compensation: Rs50,00–60,00 per month.
