Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to provide timely technical assistance and ensure the reliable operation of our IT environment. The successful candidate will resolve user issues, support system installations and upgrades, and help maintain network integrity.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems across desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Assist with installations, updates, and routine maintenance.
- Collaborate with departments to diagnose issues and implement solutions efficiently.
