Job Description
We are looking for a committed HR Generalist to become a vital part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and adherence to labor laws.
Key responsibilities encompass the development of HR policies, overseeing onboarding processes, addressing employee inquiries, and supporting training initiatives. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a solid understanding of HR best practices.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles. An HR certification is preferred.
