Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Frontline HR Helpline Representative for an on-site, full-time position in Islamabad. Compensation: Rs65,00/month. Shift: 1:00 PM–9:00 PM (rotational).

• Respond to inbound HR helpline calls and resolve employee inquiries across Pakistan.
• Log, track, and follow up on concerns; provide timely support and escalate as required.
• Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and calmness under pressure while multitasking effectively.

Requirements: proven experience in Customer Service, HR Operations, or Call Center; strong English and Urdu communication skills; excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Excellent opportunity for career growth in HR and customer service.
