Job Description
Horizon Technologies is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to manage customer inquiries on our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will respond to customer questions with professionalism, handle returns and refunds, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries.
- Manage the processing of returns and refunds.
- Work closely with the logistics teams.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
- Aim to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications: 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce.
Location: Karachi, On-site, Evening Shift.
Compensation: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month.
