Job Description

H-Verse is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to enhance our customer support team. In this pivotal role, you will engage with customers across multiple platforms, including phone, email, and social media, to address inquiries regarding our products and services. Your responsibilities will include providing prompt assistance, resolving customer complaints, processing orders, tracking deliveries, and updating customer records in our CRM system. Additionally, you will gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvements in our services.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,00.00 to Rs80,00.00. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Please note that this position requires in-person attendance.
