Job Description
Grewals seeks a full-time Debit Card Operations Supervisor to manage instant debit card issuance and ATM printing operations. The role supervises end-to-end card production, back-end printing, and field distribution oversight while ensuring accurate system data entry, timely report compilation, and adherence to bank policies. The supervisor will escalate operational issues, train and mentor staff, enforce quality and security controls, and coordinate field reports for management review.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Business/Finance preferred)
- Experience in banking or card/ATM operations; strong organizational, reporting, data-entry, and communication skills; meticulous attention to detail
