Job Description
Gourmet Foods is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead territory sales, develop revenue, and manage distributors and key accounts. The role requires directing field teams, implementing trade promotions, conducting market research, and coaching regional sales staff to meet targets. The successful candidate will build and execute strategic territory plans, optimize the sales process, and maintain strong distributor and customer relationships.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; 6–8 years of experience in the sugar industry or FMCG; proven territory management, negotiation, and sales process skills. This is a full-time, in-person position.
