Job Description
Gourmet Foods seeks a proactive Bakery Production Manager to lead FMCG bakery operations. You will oversee daily production in accordance with SOPs, enforce HACCP and food-safety standards, maintain product quality and hygiene, support new product development, optimize processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve targets.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Food Science; 4–5 years’ production experience (FMCG preferred)
- Skills: strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities; production planning knowledge; commitment to operational excellence
