Globe Call Centre (SMC-PRIVATE) Ltd is currently looking for experienced Cab Dispatchers with at least one year of experience in dispatch operations, preferably within the transportation sector. We seek detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate cabs for incoming ride requests.
- Coordinate driver routes and schedules effectively.
- Interact with drivers and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Accurately record trip details.
- Follow company policies and regulations diligently.
- Address customer inquiries in a professional manner.
