Job Description
We seek a Product Specialist to elevate product knowledge, support the sales organization, and gather customer feedback to enhance our offerings. This role blends technical understanding with clear, professional communication.
- Present product features and deliver demonstrations to clients and partners.
- Train clients and internal teams on product use and best practices.
- Respond to pre- and post-sales technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with product managers to prioritize improvements based on customer input.
Qualifications: 2+ years in product support or sales engineering, strong communication and problem-solving skills, familiarity with the industry, and willingness to travel as required.
