Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is actively searching for a Production Supervisor to join one of its prominent clients located in Karachi. The successful applicant will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards while enhancing workflow efficiency and leading a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production staff to meet and exceed targets.
- Implement safety protocols and uphold quality control measures.
- Monitor machinery and coordinate maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Evaluate production metrics for ongoing improvements.
- Effectively resolve operational and personnel issues.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, with 12-14 years of formal education, complemented by strong leadership and communication abilities.

Compensation: Rs45,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 monthly
