Job Description
Flycat PK is actively looking for a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Promptly attending to incoming customer calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Assisting customers with information on available fresh items, daily pricing, and ongoing promotions.
- Accurately converting paper-based or verbal orders into our online system.
- Collaborating with packing and delivery teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintaining records of regular customers and following up as necessary.
- Addressing complaints or delivery issues with a positive and helpful approach.
- Collecting customer feedback to enhance the quality of our services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs15,00.00 – Rs25,00.00 per month
