Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will manage incoming payments, maintain accurate receivables records, and ensure the timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Key responsibilities: invoice processing, payment reconciliation, preparing aging reports, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Qualifications: strong analytical skills, excellent communication, proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP), and the ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail.
