Job Description
We are seeking a Vendor Development Manager to establish and manage supplier relationships, identify and qualify new vendors, negotiate contracts, and improve supplier performance to meet product and delivery targets.
- Lead vendor selection and onboarding; perform risk and cost analyses; implement quality standards.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and engineering to align supplier capabilities with business needs.
- Drive continuous improvement using supplier performance metrics and contract management best practices.
Requirements: 5+ years in vendor management or sourcing, bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or engineering, strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
