Job Description
EMLAK WITH EXQ seeks a disciplined HR Executive, Operations & Performance to manage end-to-end HR operations in Multan. Office-based; Mon–Sat, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, attendance, contracts, exits, daily task tracking, deadline enforcement, performance follow-ups, and structured daily/weekly HR reports. Maintain confidentiality, fairness, and professional communication; document performance discussions and escalate when needed. Required: Bachelor’s, 2 years HR experience, strong follow-up, documentation and reporting skills, MS Excel proficiency, ability to handle pressure and multiple priorities, and firm accountable communication. Full-time. Salary: Rs70,00–Rs100,00/month. This is a disciplined, ownership-driven role — not a soft HR position.
