Job Description
Domino’s Pizza Pakistan is seeking a dynamic HR Analyst to become a part of our Karachi team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and managing HR dashboards, assisting in manpower planning, and supporting various recruitment processes. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless HR operations and provide valuable insights for performance management.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, complemented by 3-4 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential to succeed in this position.
