Job Description
We are seeking a People & Culture Specialist to cultivate an inclusive workplace and to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance programs.
- Partner with leaders to design and implement culture initiatives, training, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Administer HRIS, benefits, and policies to support retention and productivity.
- Act as a proactive resource for employee engagement, conflict resolution, and performance support.
Qualifications: 3+ years of HR experience, strong communication skills, familiarity with HRIS and benefits administration, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

- Minimum Age of 18 Years

- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
