Job Description
Cretesol Pvt Ltd seeks an Assistant Manager, Sales & Business Development to identify and research target markets; build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and distributors; and collaborate with sales and marketing to develop targeted strategies and promotional materials. The role will lead contract and partnership negotiations, conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities, and deliver regular reports on pipelines, forecasts, and market dynamics. This is a full-time, in-person position.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 3–5 years in sales or business development.
- Skills: strong communication and negotiation abilities.
