Job Description
Costa Coffee is seeking a full-time Barista to join our Karachi team. The successful candidate will greet customers, take food and beverage orders, prepare and serve drinks and light food items, and address menu inquiries while recommending options to enhance guest experience.
- Prepare beverages from simple to elaborate recipes and serve soups, sandwiches, and pastries.
- Process payments, maintain inventory, and ensure equipment cleanliness and timely repairs.
- Keep the workspace sanitary and organized, suggest process improvements, and support customer growth and menu expansion.
Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs45,00 per month. Must reliably commute to or relocate to Karachi; position is in person.
