Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives for a dynamic UK-based outbound call center located at Al-Hafeez Heights, Gulberg 3, Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site position with working hours from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, offering a fantastic opportunity for growth in the customer service and BPO sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally respond to customer inquiries via phone.
- Foster positive relationships with customers.
- Adhere to established scripts and protocols.
- Achieve performance targets consistently.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Exceptional English communication skills.
