This role serves as the primary liaison between our valued customers and our company, ensuring a smooth sales process at every turn.
Your core responsibilities will encompass negotiating sales terms, gathering essential market intelligence to gauge customer needs, responding promptly to inquiries, and providing insights to product development teams for enhancements. You will also be tasked with creating proposal documents, inspecting inventory, and delivering comprehensive quotations to clients.
