Job Description
Collab BPO is seeking a full-time, in-person Night Shift Call Center Representative (11 PM–8 AM) to make outbound calls, present services persuasively, achieve sales targets, and build lasting customer relationships. Candidates should be confident, articulate, and possess strong spoken English (accent not important). Call center or sales experience is a plus but not required. We provide performance-based pay (Rs60,00–Rs100,00/month), bonuses, incentives, comprehensive training, and a supportive, fast-paced workplace.
