Job Description
CloudRCM Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will handle incoming calls, assist clients, and foster strong relationships with healthcare providers. Your key responsibilities will include conducting cold calls to prospective clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Candidates must have a solid understanding of medical billing processes and expertise in NPI lookup. Strong communication skills, confidence in making cold calls, and effective time management abilities are essential for success in this role. This is a full-time position based in Bahria Town Phase 7, with hours scheduled from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
