Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator with expertise in lathe and milling operations to join our team. The successful candidate will set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision components that meet engineering specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Program and adjust machine settings and tooling
- Perform in-process and final quality inspections
- Troubleshoot machining and mechanical issues
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, relevant CNC training and hands-on experience; familiarity with CNC programming preferred. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adherence to safety standards are required.
