Job Description
Canon Home Appliances is looking for a dedicated and personable Front Desk Officer to enhance our team. In this role, you will warmly greet and assist walk-in customers, accurately document their concerns, and provide vital information regarding our services. You will also maintain an orderly reception area and facilitate effective communication between customers and our technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally attend to customers
- Accurately record customer complaints
- Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Keep an updated log of complaints
Qualifications:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
