Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead operations in South Punjab, drive sales growth, and oversee local teams. The incumbent will develop strategy, monitor performance, manage budgets, and engage stakeholders to ensure regional targets are met.
- Lead regional operations and sales initiatives; manage and mentor local staff.
- Oversee strategic planning, performance monitoring, and budget control.
- Build relationships with partners, clients, and community stakeholders.
- Qualifications: 5+ years in regional management, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the region; fluency in English and local languages is an advantage.
