Job Description
CALLSTONES LLP, a fast-growing BPO serving the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada, seeks a full-time CSR Call Center Agent at our E-11 office. You will provide customer support, handle inbound/outbound calls, maintain and update CRM records, schedule meetings for the core team, and build long-term client relationships. Strong English communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused mindset, and confidence in approaching clients are required. Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, or freelancing platforms is a plus. We offer pay starting at Rs50,00/month, attractive commission per deal, bonus incentives for high performers, and clear career growth in a scaling BPO.
