Job Description
Bukhari HR Consultancy’s client in Islamabad seeks a full-time Outbound Sales Agent for an onsite 6:00 PM–3:00 AM shift at Soan Garden. This fast-paced role focuses on high-volume cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn support, and booking appointments with prospects in the US and Canada.
- Daily duties: outbound calls, follow-up emails, lead qualification using scripts, meeting scheduling, CRM updates, and achieving weekly KPIs.
- Requirements: excellent English, BPO experience, exposure to US/Canadian campaigns, confidence with cold calling and objection handling, familiarity with dialers and CRMs, reliable and target-oriented.
- Compensation: PKR 40,00–50,00 per month. Work location: in person.
