Location: First Floor, Al-Madina Center, Shimla Pahari, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time (Office-Based)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Manage hotel bookings and make necessary modifications.
- Supply accurate information regarding services and policies.
- Effectively resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Outstanding communication skills in English and Urdu.
Salary: Rs35,00.00 per month
