Job Description
Bliss Textile Industries (Karachi) seeks an experienced Knitting Production Executive to lead circular knitting operations. This full-time, on-site role requires strong leadership and technical expertise to ensure efficient production and consistent fabric quality.
- Oversee daily production, machine setup, and preventive maintenance (Pai Lung, Mayer, Fukuhara).
- Monitor yarn lots, shade consistency, and perform fabric checks (GSM, diameter, slub, Lycra, counts).
- Identify and resolve knitting faults; manage operators and shift targets.
- Coordinate with QC and merchandising; contribute to production planning.
- Requirements: 10+ years in knitting production; hands-on experience with single jersey, rib, interlock, fleece, and pique; strong communication. Master’s preferred.
