Job Description
We are expanding our team and seek a proactive, dependable HR Executive to oversee essential HR functions during the night shift. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations, accurate records, and responsive support for overnight staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for night-shift positions
- Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding of new hires
- Maintain HR records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Provide timely support and address queries from night-shift personnel
Job Type: Full-time | Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
