Job Description
Awami Financial (Private) Limited is actively seeking friendly and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Service Representatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound calls, live chats, and emails; assist customers with account inquiries; address complaints; and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
