Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Accounts to support financial operations, oversee bookkeeping, prepare monthly reports, manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile statements, and assist with budgeting and audits. The role includes supervising junior staff and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 3+ years of relevant experience
- Solid knowledge of GAAP, familiarity with accounting systems (QuickBooks, SAP), and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills
