Job Description
Aura Studio is a dynamic organization in search of a skilled and experienced HR Executive to elevate our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will oversee HR operations, recruitment processes, employee engagement, and ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and maintain employee records.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
- Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate training initiatives and assist with performance evaluations.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, with 2–3 years of HR experience.
