Job Description
We seek a Night Floor Supervisor to manage on-site night operations for our Online Quran Academy. Shift: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM, Monday–Friday. Responsibilities include supervising daily floor activities, enforcing discipline, coordinating class schedules with teachers, monitoring and reporting performance, handling basic administration and attendance, resolving minor issues, and assisting with staff training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal English
- Basic administration/management experience
- Availability for night shifts; professional and interpersonal skills
