Job Description
ASK Development Limited is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to engage with customers through live chat, email, and social media. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer-focused attitude, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: You will handle customer inquiries professionally, deliver accurate information, maintain records of interactions, and work collaboratively with our internal team.
Requirements: A completed Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience, outstanding written English, and strong typing abilities are essential. This position is based in Islamabad and requires on-site attendance.
