Job Description
Location: Lahore
Education Required: DAE in Electrical, Electronics, or Power
Salary Range: PKR 37,00 to 40,00 + Medical Insurance
Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot issues with OLT (Optical Line Termination) and MSAG (Multi-Service Access Gateway).
- Resolve problems related to slow internet speeds and IPTV flickering.
- Address no dial tone issues at MSAG/MSAN (Multi-Service Access Node).
- Carry out hardware replacement and maintenance.
- Perform preventive maintenance reviews on MSAG/MSAN/OLT.
- Diagnose GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network) issues at both OLT and ONT (Optical Network Terminal).
- Conduct GPON speed testing at the OLT end.
