Job Description
ASK Development Limited is excited to announce open positions for Banking Helpline Agents at a renowned telecom company. As a Helpline Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by answering calls with a positive attitude, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and managing customer accounts effectively.
Salary: Rs 37,00 – Rs 55,00 per month, determined by performance.
Requirements: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, at least 6 months of experience in the banking sector (Customer Service Representative), and familiarity with Easypaisa or Jazz Cash campaigns is preferred.
Location: Lahore (in-person).
