Job Description
Appcrates seeks a Network & Support Engineer to install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software; monitor performance and troubleshoot connectivity; provide L1/L2 support; manage routers, switches, firewalls, and access points; configure LAN/WAN, VPN, and Wi‑Fi; maintain documentation and assist with server, backup, and security tasks. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in IT or Computer Science, 2–5 years of network/IT support experience, strong TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP knowledge, experience with Windows/Linux, and familiarity with firewalls, switches, and routers. CCNA/Network+, cloud networking (AWS/Azure), and basic cybersecurity knowledge are preferred. This is a full-time, in-person position.
