Job Description
Lead daily warehouse operations for inbound and outbound courier parcels, overseeing sorting, scanning, dispatch, and receiving. Manage and schedule staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and maintain accurate shipment and inventory records. Enforce safety and housekeeping standards while coordinating with hub managers, riders, and dispatch. Investigate parcel discrepancies and drive continuous improvements to optimize space, workflow, and KPIs (turnaround time, accuracy, delivery success, productivity).
- Requirements: 2–5 years warehouse or courier experience; WMS knowledge.
- Proven team leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Excel and barcode scanning.
- Flexible with shift schedules. Full-time, in-person role.
