Job Description
AMG Technologies is seeking a dedicated BPO Specialist to oversee inbound call operations. In this role, you will effectively manage customer communications via phone, email, and chat, while addressing and troubleshooting various issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Problem Resolution: Deliver accurate information and escalate unresolved issues as necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with other departments to improve service quality.
Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. Working hours: 6 PM to 3 AM, Monday to Friday. Salary: 80,00 to 120,00 PKR/month.
