Job Description

Alibaba’s Daraz department is looking for an experienced HRIS Specialist to assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR software solutions. The ideal candidate will support end-users, collaborate with HR teams to identify process improvements, conduct system audits, and evaluate emerging HR technology tools.

Position Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with at least 1 year of experience working with HR Systems. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of HRIS systems and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
