Job Description
We are seeking a focused Business Intelligence Analyst to translate customer data into clear, actionable insights that enhance satisfaction and retention. You will analyze customer behavior, develop and maintain dashboards, monitor NPS and churn metrics, design and evaluate A/B tests, and collaborate with CX, product, and marketing teams to inform strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in BI or analytics
- Strong SQL, Excel, and BI tool proficiency (Tableau or Power BI)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Preferred: degree in analytics, business, or related field
