Job Description
Accotech Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance & Admin Officer to oversee daily financial operations, bookkeeping, and administrative duties across multiple companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate bookkeeping and reconciliations using Xero or QuickBooks, preparing monthly management accounts and debtor reports, managing client payments to uphold a zero-debt policy, and assisting with payroll processing to ensure timely submissions.
Key Qualifications: Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or administration, proficiency in Xero or QuickBooks, strong English communication skills, and exceptional organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
