Job Description

We are seeking a professional Customer Support Representative to assist US customers via phone, email, and chat. You will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot common issues, and ensure consistently high customer satisfaction.

• Respond promptly and document cases accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams and meet performance targets.
• Work schedule aligned with US time zones.
