Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is seeking a full-time, on-site Bengali-speaking Customer Support Executive in Islamabad to support an international ride-hailing service. The role involves handling inbound calls, chat, and email in Bengali; diagnosing issues, providing clear solutions, accurately logging interactions, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Requirements: fluent Bengali (spoken and written), proficient English, strong customer focus, problem-solving ability, and basic computer/CRM skills. International support experience is a plus.
