Job Description
A.A Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is excited to announce an opening for a qualified Supervisor Maintenance for our new Mega Mall project in Karachi.
Position: Supervisor Maintenance
Qualifications: B.Tech in Electronics
Experience: 4-5 years in a relevant field
Salary: Rs. 60,00 to Rs. 70,00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot issues.
- Possess a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Manage maintenance tools and maintain inventory.
- Monitor project costs and enhance safety policies.
- Maintain schedules and present reports to management.
- Be available for standby duties on a 24/7 basis.
