YUUA is looking for a sharp, confident, and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to become a vital part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of customer service experience and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
Key responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls and messages, providing accurate information, and promptly resolving customer inquiries while maintaining a positive attitude.
Qualified applicants should have at least one year of customer service experience, excellent communication abilities, and a presentable appearance. A quick learning aptitude is also essential for success in this role.
Compensation ranges from Rs40,00.00 to Rs70,00.00 per month, and this is a full-time position.
