Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is actively seeking a committed and experienced Team Lead Operations to join our Lahore team. This full-time, on-site role requires a proven leader with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the BPO sector, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading teams, and optimizing efficiency within our international call center. Ideal candidates should possess strong project management, communication, and analytical skills, along with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs70,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month, in addition to valuable benefits.
